Served as the Technical Team Lead for a Team comprised of 10 Desktop Technicians & Engineers in 2 locations. Standardizing employee applications as necessary. Creating a migration strategy from the hosted environment to their own network environment. Determining necessary/appropriate hardware requirements. This project converted over 1000 workstations. This project involves migrating users workstations from Windows XP to Windows 7 Professional 64-bit using a Network Boot PXE Client, an SCCM OSD Image deployment & an In-House Post-Imaging Application loading process the client calls “SALT” (SCCM Application Layering Tool). 
I worked for Apex Systems, with Unisys, for the client of Capital One on a Windows XP to Windows 7 Professional Conversion project. This project allowed me to gain valuable, practical insight into Windows 10 & the Altiris Management System, which was used for the deployment process. I made recommendations/suggestions to streamline the process & minimize potential issues. My responsibilities were to provide 3rd level technical support throughout the entire migration process, including pre-migration preparation, deployment roll-out support & post-migration user/application/workstation support. I was involved in a project that migrated approximately 20,000 Windows 7 Professional workstations to Windows 10 Professional. I worked for Confidential with Scicom Infrastructure Services for the client of the Genuine Parts Company NAPA division. Over 14 years of Application Packaging & Automated/Unattended Installations. Over 15 years of OS Deployments/Migrations/Conversions & Image Creation/Management. Over 12 years of SMS/SCCM Administration & Engineering with versions including SMS 2.0/SMS 2003/SCCM 2007 R3 & SCCM 2012 - Administration & Engineering duties included site creation, collection creations, application packaging & deployments, advertisement creation, query creation for use with deployments & reporting. Over 15 years of Desktop Engineering & Administration Primarily for Windows Desktops but Apple Mac’s & Linux Desktops as well.
